Havana Sundown is a coffee and beach party created to showcase Chill Point as a venue for different types of events and celebrations. The event also aims to support Sibulan tourism and contribute to local trade and commerce by bringing guests, food, entertainment, and local businesses together in one beachfront venue.

Yes. Regular entrance is ₱550 per person. This includes venue entrance, free-flowing coffee, access to the Pica-Pica Station, a complimentary beer, and access to the Havana Sundown party and entertainment.
The complimentary coffee and Pica-Pica Station are available during the early part of the event. Guests arriving after 7:00 PM will no longer receive the coffee and pica-pica inclusion.
You are still welcome to join Havana Sundown. Guests arriving from 7:00 PM onward may register under the After 7 PM entrance for ₱200 per person. Coffee and pica-pica are no longer included, but each After 7 PM registration includes 1 free beer and access to the remaining party and entertainment.
Yes. VIP Premium Seating is ₱10,000 for up to 10 guests. The package includes premium designated seating, admission for up to 10 guests, one designated parking space, one Barkada Bilao, and ₱2,000 consumable for food and drinks.
Yes. One designated parking space is included with the VIP Premium Seating package.
Groups of 1 to 3 guests use open seating. Groups of 4 or more are eligible to select an available regular table through the reservation system.
Yes, but inside parking is limited. Premium four-wheel parking is ₱250 per vehicle for the whole event. Advance reservation is recommended.
Yes. Designated parking areas outside the venue will be available with assistance from our friends from LGU Agan-an and LGU Sibulan. Guests without a premium inside parking reservation should arrive early because outside parking is also subject to availability.
The Floor Plan and Reserve pages display the live booking status. Once a table, VIP table, or parking slot has been reserved, the system holds the space unless the organiser releases or removes the reservation.
Use the official QRPh payment option shown on the How to Pay and checkout pages. After payment, enter your payment reference number, payment method, and amount paid.
No. Submitted bookings and payment references go through organiser verification. You can monitor the status through My Pass using the same mobile number used during registration.
Open My Pass and enter the same mobile number used during registration. Your booking summary may show guest numbers, table assignment, parking, payment status, and pre-orders.
Havana-inspired outfits are highly appreciated. Tropical prints, floral dresses, linen clothing, colorful shirts, summer outfits, hats, and beachwear fit the theme. If you want to come as you are, you are welcome to do so.
Yes. Guests wearing Havana-inspired outfits are encouraged to join the Best Dressed activity.
Havana Sundown will offer grill sets, à la carte grilled food, pulutan, snacks, coffee, pica-pica, beer, and cocktails. Items outside the complimentary inclusions are ordered separately.
Yes. Selected grill items, pulutan, and cocktails are available for pre-order through the Food & Drinks section. After submitting the order, continue to the payment section and submit your payment reference.
Your submitted pre-orders will appear in your My Pass booking summary together with your reservation details.

Walk-ins are subject to remaining event capacity. Advance registration is strongly encouraged because admission, tables, VIP seating, and premium parking are limited.
Guests are encouraged to arrive before 5:00 PM, especially those who want to enjoy the full coffee and pica-pica experience or need outside parking.
